The crossbowman’s pose captures that slow, deliberate reload perfectly, and the red tunic’s paint job has a nice matte finish that feels authentic. It’s a solid little piece for anyone into medieval history.

The detailing on the red tunic and the tiny windlass mechanism is surprisingly crisp for the price. This little arbalétrier fits perfectly with my other medieval pieces.

I love how the crossbow string and winding mechanism are accurately sculpted — really brings the Hundred Years' War feel to my collection. The red tunic stands out perfectly on the shelf.
